This position is responsible for leading production on specific filling and assembly lines to achieve goals for quality, quantity, and efficiency. Coordinates resource requirements with Supervisor to ensure production plan can be achieved. Provides direct training to line co-workers. Skills & Qualifications:
The preferred candidate must possess a H.S. diploma or GED; strong work ethic and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in production as a leader is preferred.
